Prekowski is a dissonant post-punk band mutated from the sweat of countless underground showgoers. They make music that could just as easily serve as the soundtrack to a knife fight scene.

The five-piece collective draws inspiration from the aggression of The Birthday Party, the melancholy of Joy Division, the aesthetics of Bauhaus, and the smoothness of Morphine.

Prekowski stands out within the Flemish punk scene by integrating a free jazz saxophone and a fully modified drum kit played standing up. Both live and on record, the band sounds raw, dissonant, and uncompromisingly honest. Meanwhile, their completed debut EP House Of Work is set for release on June 12, 2026.
