momoyo is the Ghent indie band formed around Jonas Bruyneel (Philemon, Vincent Coomans), Esther Coorevits (Jan Verstraeten, Tourist LeMC), Frie Mechele (Vincent Coomans), Renaud Debruyne (Mirek Coutigny, Mergel), and Sven Sabbe (Galine).

The quintet surprised everyone in 2020 with their debut EP, which received airplay on Radio 1 and Studio Brussel.

Their debut album Gaps In Time was released two years later. This earned them national and international critical acclaim in the press and resulted in nearly 1.5 million streams. momoyo toured Belgium, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. In early 2025, momoyo reworked several songs in the intimate EP Mirror Session. 

In January 2026, momoyo will release their second full-length album, Home Is Just A State Of Mind, on Wellington Records.
